Yannawa Temple is one of the riverside temples with a quirky structure. Its feature is the junk-shape pagoda built in the reign of King Rama III. The idea behind the design is to preserve the original junk shape for the young generation. This temple was called Wat Kok Kwai (water buffalo pen) because Dawei people raised water buffalos in the area. Later, the name was changed to Yannawa Temple.

Inside the temple is a statue of King Rama III for people to pay respect. During the reign of His Majesty the King, the religion reached its golden age. There are statues of Vessantara, Kanha and Jali which are related to the junk-shape pagoda. Vessantara persuaded his son and daughter to dedicate themselves to help Vessantara to reach the nirvana state. The children were symbolized as a giant junk carrying humanity to nirvana. C4: 然那哇寺

然那哇寺是泰国一座非常特别的河边佛寺。他的建筑风格很特殊。最大的特徵是拉玛三世时期建立的一座帆船型状的佛塔。让泰国後代人见识到已经快要从泰国绝迹的帆船模式。以前这座佛寺叫牛栏寺。因为以前这里是曾经他崴族居住的地方。也在此地大量的养牛而得名。後来改名为然那哇寺。

在寺内有拉玛三世的紀念御像。供给老百姓进来参拜。因为拉玛三世时期。是佛教的黄金时代，非常旺盛。

在佛寺内还有佛史十世的人物。帕威善端，帕甘哈，帕差礼等等的铸像。这些铸像隐藏了佛法中，与帆船有关的教义。符合佛史十世的帕威善端劝导子女说：捨己做功德。就像大帆船带领人类走向涅磐之路。
