Before becoming a barista, the owner was selling clothes for a living. Though she is not a coffee-drinker, she is interested in how to brew a good coffee. She became a barista at a hotel and traveled to taste coffee. Finally, she comes up with her own coffee recipe and starts Unbranded Café. Good coffee goes well with good pastries. The bake goods here compliment every coffee menu. If you are really hungry, try pizza and pasta especially the latter which is freshly made from scratch. Their oven-fresh croissants are baked daily. You will not get tired coming here every day.

SiamHOP Recommends: Signature iced coffee, Freddo Cappuccino, which is an espresso with iced topped with soft milk foam. Soft and smooth but not too creamy. The taste that you will love.

在没当 Barista 咖啡师以前，店主曾卖过衣服。虽然他不喝咖啡，但对冲咖啡很有兴趣，为了想冲出好喝的咖啡，自已学习练冲一段时间，就到一家酒店当咖啡师，一边工作，一边到处去嚐试别人的咖啡，累积经验後，自已创出特别配方。就开了这间 Unbranded Cafe。当然，有好的咖啡，也要有好的点心配搭，所以，这里每一样的面包糕点等，都与他的咖啡配搭的很好。您可选择合自已口味的点心。如果饿了，有Pasta，Pizza 可让您饱餐一顿。这里的线型食材都自制。Croissant 也一样，每天都更新及现烤。绝对新鲜。您会来了再来，不会吃厭。
