Known as Thailand’s Chinatown, Yaowarat is the largest residence of Chinese community. Lavished with Chinese architecture, it is a large retail and wholesale trade center of consumer products from China as well as general merchandise. Gold shops are lined side by side, showing off their vivid colorful shop signs. What a sight! However, the extravaganza of Yaowarat lies in its scrumptious food on both sides of the street. From bustling food stalls to top-notch restaurants, only well-selected ingredients are used to cook. Yaowarat is naturally crowded with people hungry for tasty street food and this neighborhood becomes even more vibrant during Chinese New Year and Vegetarian Festival.

这里不但有最大最多的金店排列着，一间接一间，金店的招牌也在比大比美。也是最佳美食的集中地带。大路两旁，从路边摊到高档酒楼餐馆，每天傍晚到凌晨，路边摊都摆满，任君选择。

此地烹饪食材新鲜又丰足，每到大节日，像中元节，春节等，非常热闹，到这里办年货过节的人，可说是人山人海。
